Want to travel and learn more about China while giving back to a rural community?
Stepping Stones is organizing two volunteer tours to Henan province this spring. As a volunteer on one of these tours you will have the opportunity to travel around China, experience Chinese culture first-hand, while giving back to the community by teaching English to under-privileged students in rural schools.
The first tour will be to Luyi county from May 16-20. Another trip will head to Zhengzhou and Dengfeng from May 30 – June 3. During these weeklong trips, volunteers will deliver fun and interactive English lessons to students at our partner schools for “left-behind” children, migrants and orphans. The trips will involve 3.5 days of voluntary teaching.
