April 2008 – English First begins to support Stepping Stones with volunteer training

February 2008 – Stepping Stones able to pay a part-time Programme Coordinator
March 2009 – Charity Flea Market starts to donate to Stepping Stones
June 2009 – Stepping Stones Board of Directors formed
July 2009 – Stepping Stones’ first Summer programme
September 2009 – Stepping Stones adopts a constitution
November 2009 – First full-time Programme Coordinator hired
December 2009 – HuaQiao Foundation donates office space to Stepping Stones
April 2010 - First Stepping Stones fundraiser at which we raised over 111,000 RMB
July 2010 – Stepping Stones’ forum established
